A pivotal role within the legal function
As a Administration Assistant, you will provide valuable administrative support to Endeavour’s Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Company Secretariat teams, managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly. You’ll play a key role in fostering positive, collaborative relationships with our legal and business partners, enabling proactive, pragmatic assistance that supports our mission of creating a more sociable future together.
To maximize opportunities for connection and collaboration as team players, this hybrid role requires you to be in the office two days a week (Tues & Thurs).
Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Monitoring and triaging Endeavour’s legal inbox
- Assisting with contract administration, including execution and storage
- Coordinating diaries and arranging meetings for the leadership team
- Booking travel for the leadership team
- Taking meeting notes
- Managing legal matters in our system, Xakia, and overseeing invoice and purchase order administration in Coupa
- Supporting vendor onboarding and assisting with event management
- Contributing to team capacity by onboarding/offboarding team members
- Assisting with collation of documentation in response to subpoenas (with lawyer supervision)
- Working with the team to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology where possible
Now let’s talk about you:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role within a law firm, corporate legal department, or other professional services setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive and service-focused approach.
- Proficient to advanced in Microsoft or Google Suite, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
