Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Support the executive and administrative team effectively. Perform diverse administrative tasks, managing projects independently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage training portal (content, courses, assessments).
- Coordinate training schedules with managers and HR.
- Assist with interview scheduling and reminders.
- Act as primary administrative backup.
- Answer and screen phone calls.
- Manage online fax requests.
- Manage executive schedules, calendars, and meetings.
- Prepare monthly expense reports (SAP Concur).
- Manage projects and coordinate with team members.
- Handle general administrative tasks and research.
- Liaise with internal staff and external parties.
- Draft, format, and proofread documents.
- Handle data entry and database management.
- Maintain office files and records.
Work Requirements:
Full-time position, available 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, Monday-Friday (15:30 to 00:30 Beirut Time).
Salary: $1300/month.
Education: Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent English communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Tech-savvy.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, accurate, professional, able to handle sensitive information. Proactive and solution-oriented.
