This is an on-site position.
About this Position
Join a fast-paced Technology Division supporting multiple senior leaders and their teams. This role provides an exciting opportunity to engage across a dynamic organization with global stakeholders.
You will bring a proactive approach to managing schedules, travel, and team coordination while supporting strategic initiatives.
Interviews will be conducted in two rounds: the first via Zoom and the second in-person.
A final meet-and-greet with MDs may be required before an offer is extended.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide clear and timely communication to senior leadership and internal stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars, meeting logistics, and global scheduling
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including international travel and visa documentation
- Track and submit expenses and internal purchase requests
- Support team-wide initiatives and provide event planning assistance for forums and offsites
Job Skills/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in an administrative support role, ideally in Technology or Cybersecurity
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Teams, and familiar with tools like Concur, Workday, or Jira
- Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience providing support in a matrixed, hybrid work environment (3 days on-site)
