Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support and deliver customer service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Providing information and assistance to clients.
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Maintaining and organizing files, records, and correspondence.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve processes.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant or Customer Service Representative
  • Proficient in MS Office and office management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
