POSITION SUMMARY AACOM seeks a highly organized and resourceful Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support to the Office of the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This role requires outstanding communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO The Administrative Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing high-level support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Managing and maintaining executive calendars
- Coordinating meetings
- Handling travel arrangements with precision
- Prioritizing communications
- Preparing agendas, reports, and presentations
- Handling sensitive information with discretion
- Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Drafting correspondence
- Facilitating communication across teams
- Organizing travel, meetings, and events
- Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and maintaining records
- Overseeing office supplies
- Supporting strategic initiatives and special projects
WHO WE NEED Our ideal team member will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual who:
- Has proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Excels in Microsoft Office Suite and executive-level correspondence
- Demonstrates strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable working with existing and emerging AI tools
- Holds an associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS This is a full-time non-exempt position with health, dental, vacation and 403(b) benefits. The hourly rate for this position is $34 to $37 an hour at an estimated 37.5 hours per week.
REMOTE / HYBRID This position is fully remote with some travel required.
