Role: We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven Customer Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience focused on customer marketing activities. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and manage data-driven customer marketing activities and experiences to engage customers, helping them onboard, deploy, and achieve value quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan, create, track, and manage a calendar of events for the Americas region, communicating milestones for ServiceNow events (webinars, round tables, onboarding events, Summits, World Forums, trade shows, and promotional activities). Oversee logistics (scheduling, speaker/facilitator engagement, event hosting, follow-up, and recap).
- Account Engagement: Partner with Digital/DASO, social media, and Community teams to drive an effective customer awareness and promotion strategy maximizing reach for registration, attendance, and customer engagement. Tailor events to enhance customer experience and satisfaction based on feedback.
- User Group Engagement: Drive user group engagement in the region to increase deployment and adoption, including 360 exchange sessions or organic peer meetups.
- Performance Measurement: Analyze event performance using metrics like attendance, customer feedback, and engagement levels, and provide post-event reports for future planning.
- Vendor/Partner Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and managing service delivery.
- On-Site Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact during events, ensuring smooth execution and addressing issues.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience: Managing complex operations, building relationships, managing a team, and driving cross-team execution.
- Extensive experience: In digital planning & strategy, team management, media execution, ad operations, and stakeholder management.
- Essential skills: Passionate marketer, thinker, and doer; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in analytics dashboards, event management software, and AI marketing tools; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field (digital media, marketing, events, communications) with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, events management, data-driven campaigns, preferably focused on customer marketing; prior experience managing online and on-site user groups for B2B companies; experience in post-purchase or customer marketing is a plus.
Compensation: $102,600 - $169,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
