We are seeking an experienced Advertising Technology Senior Consultant to join our advertising and media consulting practice. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in digital advertising platforms, with expertise in CRM, OMS, and Ad Servers (Freewheel, Google Ad Manager).
This role requires deep understanding of industry-leading tools, including Salesforce for CRM, Boostr, Operative, and Placements.io for OMS, and hands-on experience with Ad Servers.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
This is a full-time position, ideally based in NYC with the option to work remotely. Travel for up to 25% may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on media ad technology solutions, focusing on CRM, OMS, and Ad Servers.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend tailored solutions to optimize digital advertising workflows.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of CRM and OMS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Ad Servers.
- Configure and customize platforms to meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage integrations between CRM, OMS, and Ad Servers for efficient data flow.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on using CRM, OMS, and Ad Server tools.
- Provide ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and answer queries.
- Work closely with clients to develop strategic plans for leveraging digital advertising platforms.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital advertising technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in media ad technology consulting, with a minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Marketing).
- Extensive knowledge of CRM platforms, with specific emphasis on Salesforce.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce for advertising workflows.
- Strong expertise in Order Management Systems (experience with Boostr, Operative, Placements.io).
- Experience with Ad Servers (Freewheel, Google Ad Manager).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing integrations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
