• Identify potential affiliates and establish strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Manage and nurture existing affiliate partnerships to ensure mutual growth and success.
• Provide timely and effective support to affiliates through various communication channels.
• Address affiliate inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all affiliates.
• Prepare regular performance reports to track affiliate activities and program success.
• Identify trends, analyze data and provide recommendations for program improvements.
• Familiarity with the iGaming/gambling industry and a good grasp of affiliate marketing principles.
• Solid understanding of key affiliate metrics.
• Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to conduct basic performance analysis.
