Full-Time Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

About the Role: We're looking for a motivated Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to support brand integration, creator engagement, and strategic partnerships. You'll ensure seamless onboarding of new brands, optimize affiliate marketing processes, support creator marketing communication, and help drive strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the affiliate team to onboard new retailers and ensure CPA rates are competitive.
• Maintain accurate brand listings and partner information.
• Act as a liaison for Creator teams, providing updates on rates, expiration dates, categories, and special terms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute creator network marketing packages.
• Manage marketing placements (email campaigns, in-app messaging) to ensure brand visibility.
• Track placement performance and contribute to overall engagement strategy.
• Maintain communication with sales and account management teams.
• Support and enhance key API partnerships.
• Collaborate across teams to build a strong presence on TikTok Shop.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, or related fields.
• Passion for influencer marketing and social media (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
• Experience with Marketing CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp).
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, TikTok Shop, or similar e-commerce integrations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive communication skills.
