Full-Time Affiliate Marketing Specialist

• You want to manage high-volume affiliate campaigns and budgets.

1. Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliate partners.
2. Partner Recruitment: Identify, target, and recruit new affiliate partners.
3. Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
4. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure affiliate partners adhere to compliance standards.
5. Brand Representation: Raise brand awareness by attending industry conferences.
6. Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal departments.
7. Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on key performance metrics (KPIs).
8. Program Ownership: Lead the design and continuous improvement of our affiliate program.

• At least 2 years of experience in an affiliate network or online advertising.
• Familiarity with tracking solutions.
• Experience using BI tools for data analysis.
• Solid understanding of the online advertising market.
• Fluent English.

• Previous work in the home improvement or lead gen industries in the US.
• Experience attending and representing a brand at industry events.
• Experience working with at least one major affiliate network.
