Helprise is looking for an AP Accountant to execute Accounts Payable functions.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile Accounts Payable accounts.
- Ensure follow-up on open items.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve aged items.
- Prepare proper documentation.
- Identify solutions for process improvement.
- Run and analyze accounts payable metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance/accounting.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/ACA/CMA).
- Knowledge of GAAP.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Experience in an international environment and SSC/BSC.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to propose improvements.
- Customer service skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Disciplined and well-organized.
