Full-Time Art Director, Digital Product

CapTech's CX team seeks an Art Director to design sophisticated digital brand experiences that are intuitive, impactful, and accessible.

Strong problem-solving skills are crucial, as is expertise in interaction design and graphic design principles, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Our designers create elegant solutions to business challenges while staying current with design trends, with a focus on creating engaging products and services. Mentorship of other designers is also expected.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating on personas, customer journeys, conceptual prototypes, and interfaces.
• Creating clear, concise presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Performing competitive brand assessments.
• Advocating for accessible designs.
• Presenting creative solutions confidently.
• Leading brainstorming sessions.
• Discussing scope and LOE with senior teams.
• Volunteering for CX leadership opportunities.
• Engaging in professional development.
• Mentoring other designers and providing art direction.

Skills and Experience Desired:

• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or agency.
• 4+ year degree in design or related field.
• Strong written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills.
• Figma expertise, proficiency in Sketch or Adobe XD preferred.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with video editing, motion design, and AR/VR design a plus.
• Working knowledge of Product Design and Agile methods.
• Familiarity with WCAG and accessibility guidelines.
