Job Details
Gameloft Ukraine is seeking an Art Game Producer to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of art content for a high-profile mobile project in partnership with a globally recognized IP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the roadmap for art content.
- Act as the main point of contact between artists, designers, developers, and licensors.
- Ensure all art materials comply with IP guidelines, visual standards, and the overall creative vision.
- Improve and refine art production workflows.
- Oversee timelines, track deliverables, and communicate risks.
- Partner with teams to deliver timely live updates and events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as an Art Producer, Game Producer, Project Manager, or similar role.
- 2+ years of experience in the gaming industry (mobile preferred).
- Proven experience leading art teams.
- Strong understanding of art asset production (2D/3D, UI, marketing visuals).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in production tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Basecamp or similar).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on live games.
- Previous experience with licensed IPs.
- Background in art, design, animation, UI/UX, or VFX is a strong plus.
