Job Details
The Development Lead will be responsible for translating business goals and customer needs into market-ready solutions. This role drives product lifecycle execution, including ownership of pricing strategy and POC evaluation.

- Product Vision & Strategy: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lifecycle Management: Drive execution across the full product lifecycle.
- Pricing & Market Alignment: Own pricing strategy and monitor market trends.
- POC & New Product Evaluation: Lead evaluation and coordination of Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with SMEs, Product Marketing Lead, and Customer Experience Lead.
Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B product management.
- Proven success managing cross-functional product development lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of pricing models, product-market fit, and go-to-market planning.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to own roadmaps and drive accountability.
- Experience with agile frameworks.
Desired:
- Experience working in or with integrators or AV solution providers.
- Knowledge of collaboration technologies.
- Exposure to human-centered design or customer journey mapping.
- Familiarity with product analytics and feedback loops.
- Previous experience working in a flat or self-managed organization.
