We are seeking a Finance Strategy & Planning Analyst with strong financial analytics and communication skills to join our Finance and Strategy Team in Tel Aviv.
As the field leader, you will report directly to the Finance and Strategy Manager.
As our local market is rapidly growing, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis professional to join our dynamic strategy and finance team.
As a Finance strategy and Planning Analyst, you will:
- Build and develop budgeting, periodic forecasting, financial analysis processes, and operational metrics to provide data-driven decisions.
- Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to management, identifying areas of opportunity or concern.
- Continuously improve forecasting accuracy through the refinement of forecasting methodologies and the incorporation of relevant business drivers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities, assess financial feasibility, and provide recommendations for optimal resource allocation.
- Support strategic decision-making by conducting ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to assess the potential impact on financial outcomes.
- Assist in the development of business cases for investment initiatives, including ROI analysis and sensitivity analysis.
- Be the finance business partner and advisor to our business units: collaborate with Senior Management to align financial plans with operational goals and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain financial modeling, reports, and dashboards for management to support strategic planning initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Proactively improve, optimize, and automate financial processes to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
- Data Savvy
- Leadership experience and the ability to show direction
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
