Associate Marketing Manager supports the senior marketing manager in managing, coordinating, and supporting vendors, projects, webinars, trade shows, events, and marketing campaigns.
Works cross-functionally with marketing, sales, technical, and leadership teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
Requires exceptional organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
A successful associate marketing manager is a team player who works with the marketing team and collaborators to create, build, and execute marketing initiatives that help differentiate Eurofins' services across the North American food market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and performance. Ensure services meet standards and deadlines.
- Develop content for newsletters, social media, and website updates.
- Promote webinars, trainings, and events.
- Organize webinars, track participation, and implement feedback. Create post-webinar content for internal and external channels.
- Plan and execute trade shows, manage booth setup, and collaborate with teams.
- Track and analyze marketing data, optimize strategies, and enhance ROI.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to align initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct all activities safely and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Experience working in both digital and traditional marketing roles.
- Experience working in the food or testing services industries.
Skills:
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging marketing concepts.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices across digital channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities to meet aggressive deadlines in a high-volume work environment.
- Effective listening skills with the proven ability to be self-directed and work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively (in English).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
- Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for project execution and support.
Position details:
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 p.m.-5:00 a.m., with additional hours, as needed.
