We are seeking a commercially minded, self-starting Associate Marketing Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, expansion, and measurable revenue growth within our Nucleic Acid Chemistry (NAC) portfolio. This role requires a strategic marketer with a strong technical understanding of the oligo synthesis workflow and the ability to translate complex scientific solutions into clear, commercially compelling campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for our NAC product line - from concept through to launch, performance tracking and optimization - aligned to revenue goals.
- Deliver full-funnel, multichannel campaigns (digital, content, events, email) that support strategic account growth, cross-sell, and upsell objectives.
- Develop and implement organic social media strategies, including the creation of template LinkedIn posts and guidance to support consistent messaging and engagement across the wider LGC team.
- Plan and organize tradeshows and industry events, including logistics, promotions, collateral, and cross-functional coordination to ensure flawless execution.
- Drive new business and expansion through account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to high-priority segments and customer needs.
- Work closely with Sales and Product Management to guarantee that messaging, targeting, and timing are completely in sync with business priorities.
- Apply a test-and-learn approach to campaign development, using experimentation to optimize messaging, channels, and tactics and iterating based on performance insights.
- Manage campaign-related lead imports and perform initial QA checks to ensure leads are routed correctly.
- Partner with Sales to craft and distribute sales enablement resources to enhance outreach efficiency, increase conversion rates, and reinforce campaign messaging.
- Proactively build internal and external networks to gather Voice of Customer (VoC) insights and identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Effectively share marketing plans, priorities, and campaign outcomes with internal collaborators.
- Develop and manage campaign assets in partnership with internal or external content creators, ensuring relevance to key customer personas.
- Monitor and report campaign performance (MQLs, conversion rates, value), sharing insights and recommendations for boosting impact.
- Use AI tools and marketing automation platforms to scale execution and enhance targeting, segmentation, and content efficiency.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of marketing processes, systems, and best practices within the wider team.
- Establish solid cross-functional connections and function as a strategic marketing partner to internal collaborators.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in B2B marketing, ideally within life sciences, diagnostics, healthcare, or a related technical industry.
- Successful background in developing and performing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business impacts.
- Experience with full-funnel campaign planning, including nurture streams, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Commercially focused with a clear understanding of how marketing drives revenue and pipeline growth.
- Proficient in marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical approach with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proactive, resourceful, and driven by a growth mindset and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally (domestically and internationally) for team meetings, events, or customer engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
- Direct experience in Oligo Synthesis Chemistry marketing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
