We want a commercially oriented, self-motivated Associate Marketing Program Manager to guide marketing program planning and campaign delivery for our Reagent Components product portfolio.
This role will design and deliver global, full-funnel marketing programmes that increase demand, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen market positioning in life sciences and therapeutics markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the entire campaign strategy and delivery for our Reagent Components product portfolio.
- Deliver full-funnel, multichannel campaigns including digital, content, events, and email.
- Develop automated nurture streams to engage prospects and move leads efficiently through the funnel.
- Develop and apply organic social media strategies.
- Plan and organize tradeshows and industry events.
- Drive new business and expansion through account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Work closely with Sales and Product Management to guarantee that messaging, targeting, and timing remain closely coordinated with business priorities.
- Apply a test-and-learn approach to campaign development.
- Manage campaign-related lead imports and perform initial QA checks to ensure leads are routed correctly.
- Coordinate with Sales to produce and share sales enablement materials.
- Proactively build internal and external networks to gather Voice of Customer (VoC) insights.
- Clearly communicate marketing plans, priorities, and campaign outcomes to internal collaborators.
- Develop and manage campaign assets in partnership with internal or external content creators.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve impact.
- Use AI tools and marketing automation platforms to scale execution and enhance targeting, segmentation, and content efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, systems, and guidelines across the wider team.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and act as a strategic marketing partner to internal collaborators.
Key Requirements
- At least two years of experience in marketing within life sciences, molecular biology, IVD, diagnostics, or bio-manufacturing.
- Understanding of technical concepts related to recombinant proteins, enzyme manufacturing, assay development, molecular biology workflows, virus-like particles and/or competent cells is desirable.
- Strong track record of developing and accomplishing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience with full-funnel campaign planning, including nurture streams, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Commercially focused with a clear understanding of how marketing drives revenue and pipeline growth.
- Proficient in marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical approach with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
