AECOM is seeking a growth-focused Global Water Automation & Operational Intelligence Leader to spearhead efforts in creating the world's leading digital water engineering and management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and execute a strategic growth plan for the division.
- Identify new services and revenue streams.
- Interact with global water utility clients and partners.
- Implement the Water Automation Business Strategy & Roadmap.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for a scalable, unified global organization.
- Create and execute a technology and digital transformation roadmap.
- Develop and implement rigorous operations, processes, and procedures.
- Lead critical projects and partner with regions and EC.
- Continuously develop and implement new products/solutions.
- Serve as an inspirational, senior-level leader for AECOM's global Digital water and engineering teams.
- Align and drive the culture of the division.
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in relevant engineering and/or 12+ years of experience in digital water management.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing digital strategies in the water engineering industry.
- Experience in water treatment process automation systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial cybersecurity, AI-driven water quality analysis, predictive maintenance, and remote services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or Ph.D.) in a relevant field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Proven success in driving digital transformation initiatives in multinational water engineering organizations.
- Track record of successful business development and revenue growth.
