Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting audience and revenue growth across Business to Business programs and initiatives, working across all customer segments (B2B, B2C, and R&D) for cohesive marketing strategies.
Ideal candidate: independent, quick, capable of managing multiple projects without losing sight of long-term goals. Strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and passion for marketing are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and support marketing plans & programs to achieve revenue goals and drive product demand (email marketing, direct mail, SEM, digital advertising, print, collateral, sales support, content marketing, webinars, social media, trade shows, PR).
- Write, format, and manage email campaigns (including distribution tools and analytics, monitoring CTR, etc.).
- Develop marketing collateral from copywriting to production & fulfillment.
- Update websites.
- Execute digital audience development campaigns to build awareness, drive traffic, and create business value.
- Manage promotion & execution of content assets (webinars, white papers, infographics, case studies).
- Collaborate with social media team to scale social media growth focusing on strategies to increase targeted, engaged followers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, web, product, and program teams to identify content opportunities and align campaigns with business goals.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- Strong HubSpot expertise (email marketing, nurture streams, automations, workflows).
- Knowledge of general marketing process (research, planning, promotion, evaluation).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise-level marketing automation platforms, CRM, webinar platforms, ESPs, and CMSs.
- Hands-on experience with paid digital campaigns, vendors, sponsors, and/or collaborators.
- SEO/SEM and Google Analytics knowledge.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Organization, meeting deadlines, balancing priorities, and working under pressure.
- Understanding and adherence to business processes.
- Proactive exploration of new distribution channels and products.
- Strong interpersonal skills for remote and on-site teamwork.
Compensation: $43/hour - $48/hour (dependent on experience, skills, certifications, training, and location). Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
