Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting B2B growth and revenue across programs and initiatives, and aligning with B2C and R&D strategies. The ideal candidate is independent, quick, can juggle multiple projects, and maintains focus on long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and support marketing plans to achieve revenue and drive product demand (email, direct mail, SEM, digital advertising, print, collateral, sales support, content marketing, webinars, social media, trade shows, PR).
- Manage email campaigns, including tools and analytics (monitoring click-through rates).
- Develop marketing collateral, from copywriting to production.
- Write and manage website updates.
- Execute digital audience development campaigns to build awareness, drive traffic, and create business value.
- Manage promotion and execution of content (webinars, white papers, infographics, case studies).
- Collaborate with social media team for targeted audience growth.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to identify content opportunities and align campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
- Expert in HubSpot (email marketing, nurture streams, automations).
- Understanding of the marketing process (research, planning, promotion, evaluation).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise-level marketing automation, CRM, webinar platforms, ESPs, and CMS.
- Adaptable to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with paid digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Proactive in finding new distribution channels.
- Ability to work well in teams, both remote and on-site.
Compensation:
$40/hour - $45/hour (dependent on experience and skills)
