Full-Time Bookkeeper

• Invoice and Transaction Management (60%): Process and manage high volumes of NDIS invoices accurately and efficiently. Review, match, and record payments and allocations correctly. Maintain accurate financial data entry and transaction coding.
• Reconciliation and Recordkeeping (30%): Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly. Monitor outstanding invoices and assist in accounts receivable/payable follow-up. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal accounting controls.
• Reporting and Compliance (10%): Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documents for management. Maintain compliance with NDIS and Australian accounting standards.

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Assistant, ideally within the NDIS or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS billing systems and compliance requirements (preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong time management and ability to handle high-volume transactions under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating responsiveness and professionalism.
