What about your team?You’ll join a collaborative and fast-evolving Marketing team working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership. You report to the Head of Marketing and lead three direct reports: the Content Lead & Social Media Manager, the Community & Member Engagement Manager, and a Marketing Intern. Together, you’ll drive integrated messaging, streamline execution, and align goals across content, community engagement, and communication channels.
What will you be doing?The Brand & Communications Manager leads Finalis’ brand narrative and communication strategy across all touchpoints—internal and external. This role aligns messaging across Go-To-Market, Sales, and Product teams to elevate brand perception and drive consistent storytelling that supports business growth. This is a strategic and hands-on position, ideal for someone who thrives on building clarity, cohesion, and visibility for fast-growing B2B tech brands.
- Lead Brand Strategy: Manage brand guidelines and lead narrative development across all communication channels including social media, website, paid media, newsletters, emails, and internal communications.
- Ensure Messaging Consistency: Align tone of voice and messaging across departments to ensure consistency and strengthen Finalis’ brand identity.
- Oversee Content Strategy: Own the content calendar and strategy, coordinating with the broader marketing team to fuel campaigns, member engagement, and brand initiatives.
- Website Content & Conversion: Lead the website content strategy and partner with the Growth Manager to ensure compelling calls to action that drive conversion.
- Develop Marketing Collateral: Oversee the creation and updating of assets like one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and event materials.
- Top-of-Funnel Initiatives: Drive brand awareness through thought leadership, earned media, and strategic campaigns.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with stakeholders across GTM, Sales, and Product to ensure integrated execution and impact.
Who are we looking for?You are a strategic communicator, passionate about shaping brand narratives and connecting messages to business outcomes. You thrive in dynamic environments, are comfortable leading with ambiguity, and can roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Must-Haves: 5+ years in a brand or communications leadership role
- Prior experience in a B2B environment (SaaS, fintech or startup strongly preferred)
- Proven track record owning brand strategy and internal/external storytelling
- Strong experience managing content calendars, messaging consistency, and cross-departmental collaboration
