As a Brand Creative Manager, you'll closely collaborate with creative leadership to manage the execution of comprehensive content plans and deliverables for impactful persona-based campaigns. You'll be the operational hub, ensuring the successful delivery of creative assets across marketing channels, while driving efficiency and innovation with AI tools.
This role demands strong project management skills, the ability to handle multiple stakeholders, and experience with complex, integrated campaigns.
- Lead the entire content production process for various formats (digital/interactive, display, video, audio) supporting persona programs.
- Partner closely with the Creative Director and PMO to determine appropriate resources within budgets, and obtain and scrutinize production partner estimates to align with creative needs.
- Lead the strategic and creative feedback process for all content, including video (rough, fine, final cuts), identifying key inputters and final approvers.
- Develop, communicate, and implement internal production plans, timelines, and asset trackers for cross-team integrated marketing work streams. This includes managing processes in automated tools.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and project leads, proactively communicating any delivery date changes or delay impacts.
- Oversee the budget and scope actualization for content development and external vendors, ensuring accurate requirements, pricing, and delivery.
