Full-Time Brand Manager

• Implement Marketing Plans: Execute marketing plans within the offices and closely monitor their performance.
• Develop Creative Briefs: Write creative briefs for campaigns.
• Promote New Initiatives: Act as an advocate for new initiatives.
• Review Reports: Regularly examine reports and offer updates.
• Frontline Support: Serve as the first point of contact for office managers.
• In-Person Office Visits: Conduct in-person meetings with the offices.
• Design Content: Create campaigns and design emails and social media content.

• Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of marketing and advertising experience.
• Strong writing skills.
• General understanding of KPIs.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, & verbal communication skills.
• Must work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A positive attitude.
