The Brand Strategy Director will play a critical role in driving measurable growth. This position requires deep agency experience and a strong understanding of how creative, media, and data intersect to build high-performing brands.
Responsibilities:
- Lead brand strategy development across client engagements, defining positioning, messaging frameworks, brand architecture, and audience segmentation
- Build strategies that connect creative, media, and data
- Translate insights into compelling brand activation plans and campaign platforms
- Contribute to pitches, proposals, and strategic planning documents
- Ensure brand alignment across channels and paid media plans
- Partner with analytics teams to extract insights from performance data
- Write smart, focused creative briefs
- Guide clients through strategic & tactical planning
- Present clearly and confidently to both internal teams and external clients

Requirements:
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- 10+ years of marketing strategy experience
Skills & Certifications:
- Expert in developing compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Demonstrated record of leading important marketing engagements
- Deep expertise with all aspects of Marketing
- Experience with cultivating and maintaining client executive relationships
- Familiarity with analytic methodologies and Data Science practices
- Familiarity with Market Research techniques and strategies
