About the Role
The Brand Support Specialist assists with Amazon-related tasks:
- Product listing support
- Data analysis
- Reporting preparation
- Client communication support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Support & Task Execution: Assist with marketing strategies, prepare reports, support product listings.
- Client Communication & Coordination: Support client communications, track queries, document meeting minutes.
- Data & Reporting Assistance: Gather and analyze brand performance data, prepare custom reports.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with various teams to implement brand updates.
- Process Improvement & Documentation: Document SOPs, suggest improvements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy and timeliness of task completion.
- Client satisfaction.
- Quality and consistency of reporting.
- Efficiency improvements.
- Collaboration effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in account management or marketing support (Amazon preferred).
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with tools like iDerive, Helium 10, and Keepa.
- Familiarity with project management platforms like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
- Knowledge of Amazon’s policies.
