Responsibilities & duties
- Deliver qualified opportunities to the Sales Team that fit our target market;
- Working with your designated Sales Manager to develop and execute a territory action plan, developing a strong understanding of the market and competitive environment
- Research & reach out to targeted prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads using a specified scoring system;
- Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pain points, and deliver Ventrata’s value position that clearly demonstrates how we create value for our clients;
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness and drive inbound leads;
- Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and sent to the sales team in the CRM system (HubSpot);
- Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM;
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a task-focused sales development hero who is looking for a fresh challenge. You will be enthusiastic, engaging and with high attention to detail. You will need to keep up with the fast pace of development and thrive in a scale-up environment.
- Native English (Strong C1 as a minimum);
- At least 1-2 years sales experience, with experience in a SaaS and/or ticketing a plus
- Fluent in Second language; French and/or German is a plus but not a requirement;
- Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal — and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects;
- Disciplined and process-driven, whilst maintaining resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure the message is resonating with potential customers;
- Ability to problem solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements;
- Intrinsically motivated and highly resilient - you see a NO as an opportunity to grow and learn;
- Familiarity or ability to quickly learn sales and marketing systems and tools.
