As the Business Manager, partner with TWF leaders to orchestrate and execute TWF priorities in-quarter, FY, and out years. Leadership will focus more on customers, prospects, and their teams.
Position allows TWF workflow leader to focus on current and out-year GTM and Sales strategies, selling, building relationships, closing sales, and scaling business.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in developing, communicating, and executing a multi-faceted plan to grow TWF business.
- Collaborate with business partners (Bus, Sales Operations, Solution Sales, Solutions Consulting, Field Sales, Field Marketing, Customer Success, GCP) to drive alignment on GTM strategy and priorities.
- Coordinate in- and out-year GTM and Sales planning to support growth expectations.
- Incubate and develop strategic programs, customer engagement, and field comms.
- Partner with HR to drive talent development and recruiting.
- Conduct PM Biz Reviews, Operating Model (with BU, Marketing, Field, GCP), and NPI process.

- Develop and manage impactful team communications.
- Prepare TWF team internal comms and announcements.
- Assist TWF leadership with comms to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Create content for TWF VP presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong content creation skills (PPT, internal emails).
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years experience in field sales management (matrixed sales environment, enterprise software).
- Willingness to travel 10%.
