Professional Services team delivers projects for clients and business partners.
Lead Enterprise Engagement Manager builds and maintains relationships with coworkers and clients, from pre-sales to delivery.
Motivates engineering teams and customers' technology executives; acts as Scrum Master and central point of contact for all parties.
Manages customer expectations, establishing long-term partnerships by delivering complex programs effectively, on time, on budget, and according to scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads discovery and implementation of enterprise-grade systems, including cloud-native development and cloud migration.
- Works with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, plan and design technical solutions.
- Confirms program scope, creates program plans, and directs multiple streams to achieve client goals; ensures timely delivery of value; organizes program status and working meetings using reports and presentations.
- Manages risks and issues with mitigation paths.
- Monitors program from initiation through delivery, ensuring project completion on schedule and within budget.
- Oversees program staff, providing technical support and direction.
- Collaborates with partners to understand customers and build solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years managing large, complex technology programs through full lifecycle, ideally in a service delivery/consultancy environment.
- 5+ years of hands-on Agile experience, acting as Scrum Master.
- Extensive knowledge of program management disciplines, methodologies, best practices, and tools.
- Strong communication skills; experience presenting to executives.
- Customer-facing consulting experience or delivering technology services projects.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, software development, networking infrastructure, data, and/or security.
- Technical background (software development, database design, IaaS).
- Results-oriented, proactive management approach.
- Ability to learn quickly and develop expertise in AWS.
- Fast-paced consulting environment, effective team collaboration.
