Procore is seeking an upmarket Campaign Manager for our growing Marketing team to oversee campaign marketing activities for US and Canada specialty contractor audience in the upmarket segment ($250M+ ACV). You'll manage campaigns generating enterprise and strategic new logo, cross-sell, and upsell pipeline, contributing to revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute high-performing expansion marketing campaigns.
- Develop new campaign strategies using ABM best practices, focusing on creating a scalable campaign framework.
- Align expansion messaging and offers with target audiences using customer lifecycle and data.
- Coordinate campaign messaging with sales and product marketing, developing sales plays, offers, webinars, and direct mail campaigns.
- Collaborate with field, event marketing, and sales teams to create targeted, geo-based in-person customer experiences.
- Track campaign success through data analysis, report results to sales leadership, and identify areas for optimization.
- Manage entire audience pipeline outcomes to meet revenue goals (new logo and expansion).
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in SaaS or B2B growth/demand generation marketing.
- Passion for marketing for sales to drive growth and retain revenue.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business, or comparable experience.
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across web, email, webinars, events, digital advertising, direct mail, and more.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, tracking, and analytics.
- Strong data analysis skills to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
