As a Campaign Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving targeted and broad growth campaigns across various channels, including email, paid media, social media, and direct mail.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, and lifecycle engagement.
- Lead end-to-end campaign workflows (creative briefings, execution, and post-campaign analysis).
- Oversee always-on campaigns and targeted efforts to maintain consistent engagement and lead generation.
- Deploy pilot initiatives and tests to explore new growth opportunities and improve customer acquisition.
- Coordinate content creation and distribution across multiple channels (email, direct mail, social media, paid media, and events).
- Establish KPIs, analyze campaign performance data, and report key metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Operations, Legal, Product, Engineering, and FP&A).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience managing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs and working with creative and cross-functional partners.
- Strong attention to detail, collaborative mindset, passion for targeting audiences, and driving leads/opportunities.
- Ability to understand data, derive insights, and analyze opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with creating KPIs and measuring campaign success.
- Working knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo, Hubspot.

- Real estate or finance experience.
Compensation:
$83,000 - $120,000 + bonus + benefits.
