Campaign Marketing Manager Role: Maximise the impact of marketing and PR assets, enabling sales funnel growth. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strategically develop and execute key account campaigns across social media and beyond. Leverage marketing/PR collateral for lead generation. Use PR for amplifying proprietary data & research findings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Educate sales team through forecasting meetings, sharing insights on campaign performance and customer engagement. Foster collaboration between marketing and sales, ensuring alignment on goals, strategies, and tactics. Develop account-based marketing plans to meet sales targets. Generate high-quality leads.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead strategic development and execution of key account campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales targets. Create comprehensive account-based marketing plans to drive engagement and conversions. Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) by optimizing campaign performance across all channels. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future activities using analytical reporting. Conduct monthly marketing reviews to iterate and improve campaigns.
- CRM, Marketing Automation & Content: Lead CRM marketing automation and daily execution, creating compelling content to nurture leads. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration of CRM initiatives. Oversee development of campaign creative assets adhering to brand guidelines.
- Social Media Campaigns: Design, plan, and execute complementary social media campaigns for increased brand visibility and engagement.
- Growth Initiatives & Resource Allocation: Drive growth across all M3 market research companies. Develop and integrate comprehensive marketing campaigns. Control and measure resources for initiatives and maximize ROI.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Previous marketing experience, ideally in B2B.
- Social media planning expertise, especially LinkedIn.
- Strong creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent copywriting & content creation for web, social media, and email.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions, take ownership, and accept accountability.
