Full-Time Chargé(e) Marketing / Communication Alsace

About the role:

To support the development of Forvis Mazars in Alsace, you will be involved in various marketing and communication tasks.

Marketing:

• Manage and qualify our client database at the regional level using our group CRM tool (Salesforce).
• Actively monitor business development operations or initiatives in the region.
• Deploy the marketing strategy implemented by group teams, ensuring operational implementation and regional adaptation.
• Support the response to calls for tenders.
• Work with operational teams responsible for technical responses.

Communication:

• Organize all brand awareness activities (trade shows, thematic breakfasts, conferences) in collaboration with technical teams.
• Distribute all group communication to the market and clients (studies, articles, service offers) in conjunction with CRM tools and the Associate team.
• Use social media to disseminate local firm information in collaboration with Associates.
• Work with France-based Marketing and Communication teams.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (Master's or Business School degree) with 4+ years of similar experience.
• Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), office and digital tools, and social media.
• Proactive, innovative, strong analytical skills, and project management skills.
• Adaptable in a matrix organization.
• Solution-oriented, supportive of operational teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, organized, committed, independent, and open-minded.
• Desired: English proficiency.
• Occasional travel required.
