Full-Time Chief of Staff

Xsolla is a global commerce company providing tools and services to help developers solve challenges in the video game industry. They partner with companies to fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games.

• Marketing Operations: Elevate team operations and performance through budget, workforce, and strategic operations plans.
• Strategic Planning: Develop strategy and planning cycles.
• Executive Reporting & Analysis: Manage MBR, QBR, and Semi-Annual Business Reviews.
• Go-to-Market Measurement: Manage tracking and reporting for key initiatives and solution launches.
• Counsel to Team and Leadership: Provide analysis on operations.
• Reporting Metrics: Manage dashboard reporting and tracking of progress across marketing functions.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with product, finance, technology, operations, business development, customer service, and legal.
• Problem Resolution: Frame problems and propose solutions.
• Project Management: Partner with stakeholders, ecosystem partners, and customers.
• Marketing Support: Support teams to complete deliverables and prepare presentations.
• Meeting Owner: Lead successful meetings, formulate agendas, and provide follow-up.
• Workforce Planning: Create workforce planning and team operational recommendations.
• Learning and Education: Educate the team on trends, opportunities, tools, and services.
• Internal Representation: Act as the internal face of the global marketing team.

• 8+ years in marketing, operations, or commercial roles within gaming and/or fintech.
• Proven track record of operational excellence with teams of 50+.
• Experience using the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Atlas), Google Analytics, social media platforms, and public relations tools.
• Experience using augmented reality (AI) tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels and cultures.
• Broad strategic business knowledge.
• Financial and operational modeling skills.
• Ability to see improvements and solve problems.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
