We’re looking for a Claiming and Reconciliation Officer to join our Finance team, supporting our Support at Home claiming processes.
Hybrid role: Bella Vista office (1-2 days), with the rest of the week from home (occasional additional office days may be required)
Permanent full-time position

- Validating monthly claims and verifying remittances, which involves complex Excel reconciliations.
- Analysing monthly claims and posting any necessary adjustments.
- Liaising with government departments to resolve discrepancies and assist elderly customers or their next of kin in understanding statements and invoices.
- General administrative functions for Accounts Receivables.
- Contributing to improving our processes, reducing risk, and optimising outcomes.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications
- Experience working with Aged Care or Home Care Packages (ideal)
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and modify macros
- Knowledge of Visual Basic (advantage)
- Knowledge of systems such as Salesforce
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Ability to identify issues and potential solutions
- Ability to build strong internal relationships within a multidisciplinary team.
