Job Details
We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Investment Management team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Investment Managers, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Financial Planners/Investment Managers.
- Build client relationships and maintain regular contact.
- Liaise with operational teams for support.
- Prepare meeting packs and valuations.
- Assist with new business pitches and presentations.
- Maintain back-office systems and client records.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in financial services with investment management experience.
- Ambition to build a career within financial services.
- Strong client service ethic.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to use judgment and propose solutions.
- Knowledge of Investments, Pensions and Life Assurance preferred.
