Full-Time Client Marketing Manager - Remote

Develop Consumer Marketing Campaigns: Create and deliver pre-packaged campaigns & materials to promote the PayNearMe platform and features (consumer-facing). Examples: promoting cash payment options.

Create Training Resources: Design training materials (videos, guides) for client employees on using the platform before, during, and after launch (client-facing). Examples: tutorials on using the business portal.

Provide Consultations: Partner with key clients to support their customer marketing initiatives, offering tailored guidance and strategic recommendations.

Build Welcome Packages: Develop comprehensive Welcome Packages for new clients to ensure a smooth launch.

Segmentation: Deeply understand client positioning, value propositions, and develop segmentation, usage, and behavior to develop scalable marketing programs.

Improve Feature Adoption: Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to promote underutilized features and increase platform utilization.

Up/Cross-Sell Campaigns: Partner with Marketing and Client Success Managers to create up/cross-sell campaigns for new monetization efforts, measuring effectiveness.

Showcase Client Success: Gather insights and best practices, turning successes into testimonials, case studies, and proof points, engaging internal teams and clients.

Support Advocacy Programs: Contribute to initiatives such as the Client Advisory Council, client meetings, and other advocacy efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in financial technology.
• Organized, self-starter with innovation skills.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Experience with video editing software.
