SummaryThe Enterprise Master Data Management team governs, coordinates, and maintains critical master data for customers, products, vendors, chart of accounts, and other data elements across Experian's systems. The team manages the quality and integrity of the Enterprise Corporate Data Lake for business intelligence, analysis, and reporting.
The Client Master Data Management team ensures client master data is comprehensive, current, and high-quality, driving standardization across regions and increasing data maintenance efficiency. The team supports global data and business intelligence strategy.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client data in the global CRM system.
- Adhere to Global Data Quality and Data Management best practices, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain data according to Service Level Agreements, handling ad-hoc and bulk requests from Sales and Sales Operations.
- Support internal projects, providing solutions to problems.
- Perform data auditing, cleansing, deduplication, ensuring data completeness and validity.
- Resolve data quality issues, and monitor, research, and measure data improvements.
- Document and formalize data standards and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration (emphasis on Information Systems), or related field.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data management tools (SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI).
- Advanced English level.
- Strong rapid learning and logical thinking skills.
- Flexible working hours to support clients and teams in multiple time zones, and ability to work in a virtual team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems/Salesforce is a plus.
