Job Details
The Client Success Manager (Gaming) will lead key gaming accounts, driving success across operators, studios, and platform partners in the gaming ecosystem. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with gaming clients, optimizing player payment experiences, and influencing growth strategies at the executive level. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the gaming landscape, strong technical fluency in payments and platform integrations, and a passion for delivering exceptional client and player outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Own and expand key gaming accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Collaborate with client executives and commercial teams
- Build executive-level relationships with decision-makers
- Partner with marketing, product, and revenue operations
- Track and report on commercial performance
- Act as a strategic advisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in client success or account management within the gaming or payments industry
- Strong understanding of gaming platforms, player lifecycle, and regulatory environments
- Advanced technical understanding of payments platforms, wallet integrations, and player transaction flows
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships and manage large, complex accounts
