Our Client is a digital marketing agency specializing in performance-driven advertising. They partner with eCommerce brands to create engaging ad campaigns.
As a Client Success Manager, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Lead weekly client check-ins and provide campaign updates.
- Work with internal media buyers and designers.
- Identify upsell opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Manage client relationships through virtual meetings and Slack.
- Provide support and actionable insights.
- Foster client relationships.
- Identify upsell opportunities.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Use ClickUp to track deliverables.
- Maintain documentation of metrics and meeting outcomes.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Ads and Analytics.
- Partner with internal teams for optimizations.
- Ensure timely reports.
- Collaborate with leadership to communicate client needs.
- Proactively resolve issues.
- Support high service standards.
