• Develop relationships with key media and international media agencies.
• Build and develop sales and marketing leadership.

• Manage and implement a marketing and communications strategy by property.
• Manage all brand, advertising, creative and media buying.
• Maintain and direct third-party agencies.
• Manage an effective e-Communications and social media strategy.
• Identify potential sponsorship opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends.
• Liaise with General Managers and Department Heads.
• Effectively communicate with all levels, manage reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Commerce MBA.
• 3+ years of international marketing and communications experience.
• Experience as Director of Marketing in a luxurious hotel brand or agency background.
• Strong leader.
• Brand ambassador.
