Full-Time Commercial UX Researcher - LATAM

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher to shape an immersive user experience across our products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead research projects from inception to delivery, incorporating user perspectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, customer experience, engineering, business analytics) to define research questions and influence decisions.
• Conduct market and ethnographic research, interviews, surveys, field visits, benchmark studies, user testing, and contextual inquiries to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user insights.
• Use analytics tools to analyze quantitative data.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and influence product strategy.
• Develop inclusive and accessible products.
• Communicate research findings to stakeholders through written reports and presentations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and conduct competitive analyses.
• Provide mentorship to junior researchers.
• Contribute to the growth of UX Research.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields (e.g., Anthropology, HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Marketing).
• 7+ years of proven UX Research experience.
• Quantitative and qualitative product research experience.
• Experience leading strategic research and integrating user research into product designs.
• Strong experience working with senior leaders.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Portuguese and English).
