The Diagnostics and Genomics (D&G) Communications Manager will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance internal visibility and reputation. This involves scientific and nonscientific writing for internal audiences and communications support for the Senior Leadership Team.
- Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Create a communication plan aligned with D&G's business objectives.
- Senior Leadership Team Support: Provide communications support including written communication, townhalls, newsletters, and coffee chats.
- Internal Communications: Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters and intranet updates.
- Content Creation: Produce content for various platforms, including video, intranet articles, and social media content.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Measurement and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
