Full-Time Community Manager, Overture Maps Foundation

• Strategy & Planning: Define and track KPIs for community growth, engagement, and adoption of Overture data and GERS framework. Interpret analytics results and provide strategic recommendations.
• Community Engagement: Define and lead the community engagement strategy and priorities. Communicate key updates and recognize notable community contributions. Manage community feedback collection and synthesize for product and engineering teams.
• Member Onboarding & Support: Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new foundation members and community participants. Create clear pathways for different types of community involvement.
• Communications & Content: Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to ensure accurate and accessible communication of technical concepts. Maintain community documentation, FAQs, and resource libraries.
• Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute community events including conferences, workshops, webinars, and meetups.
• Website & Digital Presence: Provide and approve major website updates.
• Internal Communications & Coordination: Lead cross-team updates, manage onboarding, and internal information sharing.
