About the role:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer behaviors and pain points.
• Design and execute UX research studies (e.g., usability testing, user interviews, surveys).
• Collaborate with teams to integrate insights into digital experiences, products, and marketing.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advocate for the customer voice to stakeholders.
• Stay informed about UX research methodologies.
• Build and maintain a repository of research findings.
• Partner with design and development teams.
• Measure and evaluate success of digital and product experiences.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in consumer insights or UX research.
• Strong understanding of market research methods (qualitative and quantitative).
• Experience with consumer products or services.
• Proficiency with UX research, analytics, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to combine analytical and creative skillsets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing competing priorities.
