Full-Time Content Creator

Tomorrow University is a next generation university for impactful careers.Role Overview As a Content Creator, you'll shape our brand's story and lead campaigns to attract learners globally. You'll build the narrative, develop impactful campaigns, and make campaigns a core growth channel.

What you'll do:

1. Content Strategy Development: Plan and develop long-term campaigns aligning with Tomorrow University goals and target audience needs.
2. Content Creation & Editing: Produce high-quality content (carousels, infographics, videos). Write scripts and edit visuals.
3. Analysis, Tracking, & Optimization: Analyze and optimize content performance using metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions.
4. Trend Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends to create relevant content.
5. Community Management: Interact with the target audience, building a loyal community and responding to feedback.

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree (Business, Marketing, Communication, or related).
• 2-3 years of B2C content and campaign experience.
• Startup experience beneficial.
• Creative, innovative campaign development skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and passion for transforming education.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Independent work capability and cross-functional teamwork.
