About Presence: Presence is a leading teletherapy provider connecting specialists to students nationwide. We're a remote-first company emphasizing schedule coordination and in-person engagement.
Why this role is important: We empower clinicians through industry-leading learning resources. The Learning Designer will develop learning artifacts, courses, workshops, and continuing education to support clinician and student success.
What you'll do at Presence:
- Content Development & Design: Design, develop, and update digital learning resources aligned with learning objectives. Improve content and delivery approaches iteratively.
- Live Event Management: Support and manage live learning events (workshops, Provider Town Halls).
- Platform Management: Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring accessibility and tracking of courses. Troubleshoot issues and provide support.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Assess learning experience effectiveness by analyzing learner data. Gather and review data (evaluations, assessments) to gauge learning gains.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product teams, SMEs, and other departments to identify training needs and solutions. Communicate project timelines and progress.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on eLearning trends and implement strategies to enhance learner engagement and retention.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience collaborating with SMEs to create online training.
- In-depth LMS knowledge.
- Visual design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, Camtasia).
- Articulate 360, video production, HTML/CSS experience.
- Project management and technical writing skills.
- Experience with knowledge base systems.
- Education, healthcare, or teletherapy experience a plus.

Salary: $73,000-$80,000 annually
Location: Remote work in the USA. Employees must be available on camera noon-5 pm EST, Monday-Friday.
