About the TeamThe Content Design team is part of Miro's Design org and plays a crucial role in shaping the user experience. Currently a small but impactful team, the team works in a centralised model within high-priority cross-functional teams.
About the RoleThe Content Design Manager will lead and grow a team, shaping product narratives and delivering clear, engaging, user-centric content across the Miro experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of content design.
What you’ll do
- Grow and guide a team of content designers.
- Be hands-on with high-leverage initiatives.
- Develop and implement a unified content strategy and design principles.
- Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Champion the importance of content design within Miro.
What you’ll need
- Experience: 5-7 years in content design/UX writing, with 2-3 years in leadership.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and user-centered design.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and developing a team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
