About the Role: As a Content Manager, LATAM, you'll work closely with UX, Brand, and Regional teams. You will develop and monitor content strategies to increase brand awareness and conversion. You'll lead content processes from creation to reporting. Responsibilities:
- Develop content strategies aligned with Airalo's targets in Latin American countries. Consider cultural and language nuances.
- Develop editorial calendars with global team members.
- Collaborate on creating compelling content for various platforms (app interfaces, social media, blogs). Modify styles and layouts.
- Create engaging content for assigned countries, overseeing localization and adaptation.
- Optimize content for SEO and ASO best practices.
- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement.
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align content initiatives.
- Implement strategies to enhance user engagement with interactive content.
- Ensure compliance with local laws (e.g., copyright, data protection).
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments.
Must-haves:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of proven Content, SEO, and ASO achievement.
- Excellent understanding of SEO and ASO channel management.
- Strong understanding of campaign measurement and attribution.
- Keyword research and analytical skills.
- Understanding of ASO best practices, app store algorithms, and optimization methods.
- Experience in writing app descriptions and titles.
- Analytical mind to spot trends using app analytics tools.
- Experience creating multimedia content.
- Experience with analytics and market research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Deep understanding of Latin American cultures and trends.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Good to have:
- UX copywriting and technical content experience.
- Ability to assess campaign performance, understand consumer behavior, and manage costs.
- International brand experience.
- Cross-functional teamwork experience.
- Experience in the travel industry.
- Knowledge of eSIM and GSMA technologies.
